Structural steel (PEB) building with block wall partitions and aluminium sandwich panel roof. A warehouse area, G+M office building plus guardroom, substation, pump room and covered car parking area. Scope includes doors, roller shutters and windows, all internal and external finishes, external pavings have compound wall etc.
