PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Construction, Completion, Testing & Commissioning of HETLD Distribution Depot within Jabel Ali, Dubai, including all Civil, Architectural, MEP and external works and landscaping.
The project comprises of construction of Administration Building (Ground plus Mezzanine floor), Workshop Bay, Pump rooms, Service Building and security room and external works including interlock/concrete paving’s. Protection of existing underground live services (Electrical/ Fire and Gas) also included in our scope.
Total Built-up area- 25,531 sq. ft.
Project duration: 14 Months
