His unmatched expertise and astuteness have seen his nomination to the Board of Directors to major affiliates of Aster DM Healthcare Group of Companies, one of the largest healthcare providers spanning across India, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

With more than 27+ years in the UAE, Oman, and India across engineering consultancy and EPC sectors. Held key roles such as Client Representative, Project Manager, and Resident Engineer. A graduate in Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), Master of Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Expertise in project delivery, strategic planning, and operations. Previously worked with KEO International Consultancy, TECTON, Wade Adams, ASTRACO, Al Hamed, and Star Homes.

With 25 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Construction Activities, he is involved in Project Negotiations, Management, Evaluation and monitoring working status in contract terms, Budget Monitoring, Financial reporting and corporate communication.

Mr Moopan is a specialist in commercial and residential fit-outs, hospitality and healthcare projects. With over 18 years of experience, he comes with the expertise of an independent interiors consultant.

With over 30 years of experience as a Civil Engineer and Estimator, with hands-on experience in similar positions with tier 1 companies in UAE, currently heads the tendering and estimation team of Aztec; He previously worked with Al Naboodah Contracting, AKTOR SA, KCPC Construction, Contrack Intl, Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) & Arabian Construction Company (ACC) in UAE.
